This morning, Payton was crying, almost like she was in pain. I tried all the usual suspects: diaper - clean, hunger - refusing nursing, she just awoke so she wasn't tired....often it means pick me up, however she was already in my arms and we were walking....her cries awoke her big brother who was immediately able to put her to ease with his charming smile and the happiess continued. All to say that we are enjoying being witness to their sibling bond. She continues to be a little chatterbox, especially while she is getting changed on her changing table, has now rolled over and she doesn't seem to mind belly time too much. Everything in her hands goes to her mouth, however she seems to continually just get the taste of her own knuckles. She loves to grab hair and sit on papas shoulders and eat his hair while grasping onto his ear. Yesterday when she grabbed a fistful of my long hair and put it in her mouth, she didn't seem as satisfied, she gave it two tastes and then let go.

My big brother still has a special place in my heart. So glad you have one to Payton.

She's precious. One of the most amazing things about parenthood is watching siblings interact. They meet needs in each other that I could not even begin to. Love it.
